Hotel Estense - Modena

The breakfast at Estense was pure magic, bursting with fresh fruits and delicate croissants! Plus, the spacious room had a cozy vibe and a clean bathroom.

I wasn't too fussed about the towel situation as they hung them on the radiator, but it led to a little confusion on which was which. Just a thought for improvement!

Its staff are excellent, I liked it.

I experienced severe noise disturbances late at night when a large party was happening down the hall. The air conditioning in my room was not operational during a heat wave. I found the mattress to be overly firm, impacting my overall comfort throughout the night.

Easy to find, good location for exploring Modena and visiting the nearby Ferrari Museum. Welcoming owner who spoke good English and helped with directions, etc. Excellent breakfast with freshly squeezed orange and good coffee.

No bath and very small shower, but plenty of hot water. A little bit noisy on the front of the Hotel, but it was a Saturday night.

The breakfast was fantastic with plenty of options, including fresh fruit and a good coffee selection. Our room was spacious and well-equipped, with a comfortable bed and nice bathroom facilities. The proximity to the city center made it easy for us to explore Modena on foot.

The room was clean and comfortable, the bathroom was spotless, and well stocked with bath/shower products. The location was very convenient and the staff very accomodating.

Convienent for Motor museums of Modena; I.E. Ferrrari, Lamborghini and Panini collections.

Road outside was very noisy, and had to open windows as air conditioning didn't appear to work at all! Both bottles of water had already been opened inside the mini bar. The fizzy water actually had half the bottle empty!! Informed the front desk the next morning, children chanced the tap water as thirsty in the night.

We loved the elegant charm & the convenient parking! The staff was super friendly, we got a large room for just a touch over 100 bucks with a generous breakfast that was more than what we expected!

It wasn't dirt cheap but honestly still acceptable for what we received.

I was there for 1 night and ate at authentic restaurant for dinner. The bathroom was large and the beds exceptionally comfortable.

The location was ideal, approx 10-15 minutes' walk from Modena Cathedral. All the staff was very friendly and caring, settled my issues. The hotel room was well laid out and soundproof with big bathroom, free WiFi, a full sized bath.

The location was perfect for exploring Modena, just a short walk from the lively old town. Breakfast was a hit with everyone, offering a great selection, including fresh pastries and yogurt. My kids loved the staff, who were super cute to our little dog!

My kids wished for larger shower facilities.

Great breakfast. Clean rooms with good shower. Safe and secure parking. 5 minute walk to main street and restaurants.
